The Award Bookkeeping Company Annual Conference 2013
The Award Bookkeeping Company held it’s most successful ever conference in March 2013.
Held at the Marriott Hotel in Sydney’s Circular Quay, more than 20 delegates from around Australia heard presentations from some of Australia’s leading accounting and bookkeeping advisers.
A highlight of the Conference was a presentation by leading Australian accountant, Peter Knight, who represented the Association of Accounting Technicians. He spoke on the need for bookkeepers to work closely with their clients and how they can advise their clients on how best to survive the tough economic times ahead.

Award Names Franchise of the Year
The Award Bookkeeping Company is pleased to announce the winner of the Franchisee of the Year for 2012 is John Maher, owner of The Award Bookkeeping Company – Loganholme, which is based in Brisbane.
The announcement was made at the Award Bookkeeping Company’s 2013 Annual National Conference which was held at the Marriott Hotel Circular Quay in Sydney this week-end.
Speaking at the Conference, the managing director of the Award Bookkeeping Company, Patricia Howard, said it was significant that such a long-standing franchisee had won the converted Franchisee of the Year Award.
